1.Payment and Refund Policy: a. In the event of rejection:

• In case your application is not successful, the payment made towards the program will be refunded in full, excluding any applicable taxes. We understand that this process may be disappointing, and we assure you that the refund will be processed promptly.

b. In case of withdrawal:

• If you choose to withdraw from the program after your application has been accepted, a partial refund will be issued. Specifically, half of the payment made will be refunded to you. This policy is in place to manage administrative costs and ensure fairness to all participants.

2. Selected participants will be notified via email and must confirm their participation within the specified time frame. Failure to confirm may result in the opportunity being offered to another applicant.

3. By submitting the application, participants grant the organisers of the Youth Leadership Camp the right to use their name, biography, and any submitted materials for promotional purposes related to the event.

4. Personal information provided in the application will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating the application and organising the Youth Leadership Camp. The organisers will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

5. The selection of candidates will be conducted by an independent panel of judges including the high profile board members, and the outcomes are considered final and non-negotiable. Participants are not permitted to dispute the fee in case they are not selected for the Youth Leadership Camp. The organisation will have the right to counter the dispute and in this case the applicant is responsible for their loss. There are designated seats available in Fully-Partially and Self-Funded opportunity. "Opportunities Circle" is not liable for loss, injury, damage, or theft during the event; attendees are responsible for their personal belongings, expected to follow safety regulations and instructions, and ensure their own safety and the safety of others.

6. By participating, participants agree not to pursue legal action against the organisation for the denial of application fee refunds and commit to refraining from engaging in oral, visual, or auditory defamation of the organisation, understanding that any violation of this provision will lead to legal consequences.
